NYC Sights: Brookfield Place

Brookfield Place is located in Lower Manhattan’s Battery Park City, and bordered by West Street, the Hudson River, Vesey and Liberty Streets. It is a mall that houses many high-end stores but I go for the view. The mall is located on the Hudson River and the view is absolutely beautiful. There are boats that are docked on the Hudson and you might even see the occasional cruise ship float by.

The gorgeous atrium where there are exhibits displayed each season. There is a great water exhibit currently installed and every view of the water documentary generous donors make donations to children in Ethiopia.

  1. Those lobster sliders look killer! We always overdo it when we go to Brookfield Place, just the food court alone is insane then there’s Le District and all the other restaurants there. Serious case of eyes-bigger-than-stomach syndrome every time! 😉

    1. You are so right Mad Hatters! After lunch at Le District we went upstairs to the food court and was blown away by all of the great variety. Next time we go we will get something at the food court and eat by the water. I love the view of the Hudson.
