It’s about that time of year again, the dreaded yet most anticipated “Back to School”. It’s the time of year where shopping is necessary because, as a parent, you know the routine of constantly clearing out your kid(s)’ closet. It feels like every 3 months you are rotating clothes and going a size up. If your child(ren) are size 14 and below then you are in luck. Crazy 8 stores is fantastic for shopping well made, stylish and low priced clothing for boys and girls. There are no stores in New York City so I rely on shopping and browsing at www.crazy8.com. The site makes shopping very easy and shipping costs are low. You wait for about a week to get your order when you choose standard shipping.
I’m a sucker for a sale so I often wait until the end or mid season to shop for my 10-year old daughter. I recently shopped the summer sale and brought about 12 items for only 80 bucks! I scored the cutest pastel jeans, tons of tee shirts, a summer dress, a skirt and blouse, bathing suits and sandals. I am always impressed by the quality of the items. They hold up to multiple washes and my 10-year old is less than gentle with her clothing. Most importantly, she loves the pieces as well. she’s stylist yet still dressed appropriately for a 10-year old.
What’s great about these Summer pieces is that you can pair them with sweaters, tights/leggings, boots and jackets then make the transition into Fall outfits. Happy shopping!
This is a look of some of the items I purchased online recently:
*all items are under ten dollars with the exception of the sweater.
